Pony Music Spotlight: Mando Pony

It's that time again, bronies! Today's artist is Mando Pony, another very talented original music producer. He works with instrumentals, he sings, he's awesome. Today we will look at his songs about Rainbow Dash, Scootaloo, Apple Jack and Apple Bloom, a song from the V Scratch Sessions (DJ Pon-3 anyone?) and finally a song about everyone's favorite somepony, Derpy! Up first, I'm actually posting 2 videos of the same song, this is Mando's Rainbow Dash theme, Loyalty. This song is definitely rock inspired, and fits Rainbow's personality and element of harmony perfectly.

Favorite Line: Give me a smidge of confidence/Give me a speck of something that makes sense/Give me an idea of dependency/Give me a dash of loyalty

Up next, Scootaloo! This one is titled I'll Fly Higher, and is all about her dreaming of growing up. Of course, it can't be a Scootaloo song without some Rainbow Dash Hero worship! 

Favorite Line: And they all say "No"/And they say "You can't go"/But I won't let them/Decide who I should be.

This next song is With A Sister, and it's inspired by the episode Sisterhoove's Social. This is Apple Jack explaining to Rarity why having a sister is a wonderful thing. With a heavy bluegrass feel, this one is a major departure from his normal work, and man does he do a good job. Favorite Line: Well, you can try to get through life on your own/But trust me, singing solo gets awful lonesome down home/But when you sing a song with a sister/You'll wonder how you ever got by on your own
